*The base comes with all items laser cut but not painted or assembled. It does come with instructions on how to paint and assemble. Also comes with Velcro to attach the interchangeable pieces. Interchangeable pieces can purchased separately, which are perfect to change out for the seasons, holidays, and special occasions.
